Showing its best face. It’s not going to complete with Journe’s Chronometre Bleu in terms of dynamic dials but that’s not what would be expected; in its own category it’s a pretty satisfying watch.

Wearing the Minerva Pythagore Aviation again and am always surprised how proper proportions can make a 34mm watch work just as well today as it has worked since the start of wrist watches. Lots of presence and doesn’t look puny at all. Love the cathedral

The Grand Seiko SBGR077 is an old school solution, with a soft metal inner casing. Making the watch a bit bulkier but the result works irrespective. And I love the red detailing on the milky dial 🧲

Out of pure coincidence one of the cars came in pretty much exactly the color that is featured on the MAD1 Green. Still waiting for some more supple straps for the watch but color wise this kind of works 😁 Helps that the car is mildly mad, too, especially
