Omega: Yes but this is not the case

As the movement is a caliber 2500D, which is basically the same as the good old 1120 (or 1108) of the original, just with different escapement. All based on the ETA 2892A2 and with the same dimensions. So this was really a aesthetic decision, not technical. Best regards, Adriano

I once did a quick and improvised pictorial comparison between the first "Bond" Seamaster and the lastest (maybe the last?), with ceramic bezel an dial. You will notice that size is the same ans porportions are almost the same. The second incarnation, the Co-axial Bond, received longer hands, which
