Every time I wear this watch, I’m reminded how wonderful it really is. Today, I snapped this quick picture and it seemed to capture what I love about the dial, which shifts from blue to gray depending on the angle. I really should travel more to make the most of it!

It deserves to be worn all the time! So great you are getting the most out of it. I hope the honeymoon period never ends.

Not as fancy as many of the beautiful watches posted on the site—and certainly not loved by all—but having fun with some new straps on these two plastic collabs. They are fun to wear from time to time.

I think I now have all the "standard issue" 5970s. Other versions, to my knowledge, are limited pieces with sky high prices. I don't think I'll be hunting those down any time soon (though it would be super cool to have one).

Four of my favorite watches, which I don’t wear nearly often enough. It may seem crazy to have four versions of the same watch (ok, it is crazy), but the 5970 remains my favorite watch after decades of pursuing this nutty hobby. So, here it is, four for the fourth.
